Coorie doon with Sea biscuit Sunday

Come join us for a 2 hour Sunday self care afternoon get together in the sauna , the temperature will be kept at a reasonable level so we can sit and enjoy the space as wee coorie in for the dark nights to come and share our stories of summer and what we are looking forward to in the next season , we will have a seasonal body scrub with some orange zest and cloves to cleanse our bodies , some warming golden turmeric and honey oat milk drink to cleanse our insides and a beautiful sauna whisk with dried herbs and flowers to enhance our skin with oils and tenons to keep our sky hydrated we will also have some beautiful body oil by the beautiful retreat Apothcary 🌲to enhance your sauna experience , this will include whisking , essential oils , this is a 4 d sauna experience , you can taste it , touch it , smell it , feel it , hear it and most defo see it , come  join your tribe fir laughter , warmth and an alround glorious Sunday in October in the Seabiscuit 🔥
