Greenmyers retreat wellness event!

Come join us and Seabiscuit 2.0 at the beautiful greenmyres eco bothy for some dru yoga inside the warmth of the bothy with its heated floor and wood burning stove , we will be joined by chahzared from dru yoga where we will enjoy a soft flow start to the day ( all levels suitable ) at 9.30-10.30 We will then enjoy some juice shots with an autumnal nature with carrot , ginger , lemon and agave , We will then have a wee trip up to the forest where we will enjoy some sylvotherapy , this is the art of of the forest and green space cleansing your soul we will enjoy some cacao and Chaga and circle time and energising dance We will return to the bothy for a spot of plant based lunch Thereafter we will Enjoy Seabiscuit 2.0 There is lots of beautiful spots to take yourself a way from it all , enjoy the lake , the woods , the tranquility that is nature , come join us fir a full day in nature , nourish your soul
